Terms & Conditions

Bridge MENA Leaders Program

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Bridge MENA Leaders Program, operated by Bridge Middle East. By applying for, registering for, or participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these T&Cs and Bridge's Privacy Policy. These T&Cs apply to the Program as offered in the UAE and KSA and are subject to applicable laws in each jurisdiction.

I. Acceptance and Eligibility

Participation in the Program is limited to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and who have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

Access to and participation in the Program is strictly subject to the successful completion of Bridge's Know Your Customer (“KYC”) and due-diligence procedures.

Submission of an application or KYC information does not guarantee acceptance into the Program. Bridge reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve, reject, suspend, or revoke access to the Program without obligation to provide reasons.

II. KYC and Verification

  1. As part of the KYC process, Bridge may require the submission of personal, professional, corporate, and/or identification information and supporting documents, as permitted under applicable laws and Bridge's internal compliance requirements.
  2. The User represents and warrants that all information provided for KYC purposes is true, accurate, complete, and up to date, and undertakes to promptly notify Bridge of any changes.
  3. Bridge may refuse, suspend, or terminate a User's participation in the Program if the User fails to complete KYC, provides false or misleading information, or if continued participation presents legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
  4. All KYC-related personal data shall be processed in accordance with Bridge's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

III. Program Participation and Membership

  1. Membership in the Program becomes effective only upon written or electronic confirmation by Bridge.
  2. Unless otherwise stated, membership is valid for one (1) year from the date of acceptance and may be renewed subject to Bridge's approval.
  3. Membership is personal, non-transferable, and may not be assigned or sublicensed.
  4. Bridge may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program, or any of its features or benefits, at any time.

IV. Payment Terms

  1. Paid membership tiers under the Bridge MENA Leaders Program may be subject to fees determined solely by Bridge and communicated to the User prior to enrollment. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  2. Bridge shall issue invoices electronically to the email address registered by the User. All invoices are due and payable immediately upon issuance unless a different billing cycle is specified by Bridge.
  3. All payments must be made using the payment methods supported by Bridge. Bridge shall not be responsible for any delays, errors, or failures arising from third-party payment processors, banks, or financial intermediaries.
  4. Fees may be billed on a one-time, annual, or recurring basis, depending on the selected membership tier.
  5. All amounts payable are exclusive of VAT or other applicable taxes, which shall be charged in accordance with applicable law and borne by the User.
  6. Membership fees are non-refundable, whether in whole or in part, including in cases of early cancellation, termination, removal from the Program, or modification or discontinuation of Program features, except where a refund is expressly required by law.
  7. If a payment is unsuccessful, declined, or reversed, Bridge may suspend or terminate membership immediately without liability.
  8. Bridge may revise membership fees at any time. Any changes shall apply upon renewal, with prior notice.

V. Member Conduct

Members agree to act professionally and lawfully in connection with the Program and shall not engage in conduct that may harm Bridge, the Program, or other Members.

Bridge reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for breach of these T&Cs.

VII. Data Sharing and User Consent

The Program and its benefits are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Bridge makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, business opportunities, or results arising from participation in the Program.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising out of or in connection with the Program.

VIII. Information Accuracy and Updates

Bridge shall not be held liable for any outdated or inaccurate information contained within the Program. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the content, Bridge reserves the right to modify, update, or correct any information, including but not limited to pricing, descriptions, or availability of products, without prior notice.

IX. Termination

Bridge may terminate or suspend a Member's participation in the Program at any time, with or without notice.

A Member may request cancellation by written notice to Bridge; however, no refunds shall be due unless required by law.

Provisions intended to survive termination shall remain in effect.

X. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising in connection with the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, without prejudice to Bridge's right to seek urgent or injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction.

XI. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these T&Cs is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These T&Cs constitute the entire agreement relating to the Program.
